Refund & Return Policy

At VIROEASE, customer satisfaction is our priority. VIROEASE is an online store operated by JANAT ALJAMAL COSMETICS (Trade License No.: CN-5703243), a company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@viroease.com with your order number. Returns should be sent to: Al Shamkha 17, Al Munayzafah Street, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
• Items not in their original packaging
• Personal care or hygiene-related products that have been opened
• Gift cards
• Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no extra cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or the wrong item was delivered - in those cases we cover the return shipping.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at support@viroease.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, you may request a return after receiving it, subject to this policy.
